A. Pick-ups at locations other than Newark Airport have a 15-minute free wait period. After the free wait period, we charge $1.00 per minute until the client is inside the vehicle. All reservations at Newark International Airport, (EWR) offer 45 minutes free wait time after the airplane has landed for local flights, and a 1 hour free wait time for international flights.

A: We offer two types of service, Hourly, and Point to Point service. When your reservation is Point to Point you will be charged for every stop. The price for stops is charged according to the distance traveled between stops and the wait time. Usually, each stop ranges from $10.00 to $20.00 per stop unless the service booked is Hourly. A: Our operators will recommend the best vehicle for your needs. When clients carry large pieces of luggage the proper vehicle size is usually an SUV. Our sport utility vehicles are very roomy and can hold 7 passengers with large suitcases. Our SUV’s are perfect for clients with sports equipment.

A: Newark Towncar will charge your credit card once the job is finish and the client has been dropped off. Our company will charge the total amount due for all services. When the reservation is first made our operators will send you an email confirmation and again once your credit card has been charged. You will be asked by our chauffeur to sign our confirmation of service receipt.

A: If you would like to request a receipt you can call our toll free number and ask our operators for assistance. We will email you a receipt immediately. Please make sure you can provide us with one of these pieces of information: date of pick up, the name of the client, or reservation number.

If you think you have forgotten an item in one of our Newark Towncar affiliated cars, please call us at 201-448-3019 as soon as you realize your item is missing. If our chauffeur finds your item inside the vehicle and can return your missing item back to you, there will be a minimum charge of $25 to be paid to the chauffeur at the time of service. If the chauffeur is not able to immediately return your missing item to you, our operator will contact you and offer various options available for you to pick-up or arrange a delivery of your item. Please note: Newark Towncar is not liable for missing items in our cars by a client but we will do everything possible to help you locate your item it and get it back to you as swiftly as possible.
